Refund Policy

At Nurin Garments, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, we are here to help.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth resolution process, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video when opening the package.

For claims related to:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Missing item
  • Manufacturing defect

A clear unboxing video may be required for verification.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A product with manufacturing issues
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Defect photos
  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification:

  • Return shipping charges will be paid by Nurin Garments.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Charges

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

✅ Nurin Garments will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons such as

  • Change of mind
  • Preference change
  • Ordered by mistake
  • No longer needed

Return approval will be subject to review, and return shipping charges may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products without original tags
  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Clearance sale products
  • Promotional sale products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges subject to product availability.

Exchange requests may be accepted for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products received

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp update.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds cannot be processed in cash.
  • Approved refunds will be transferred via bank account, UPI, or another mutually agreed method.

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, please contact customer support immediately after placing the order.


Refusal of Return Requests

Nurin Garments reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if

  • The product shows signs of use.
  • The return request is submitted after the return window.
  • Required evidence is not provided.
  • The product is returned in a damaged condition caused by the customer.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International returns may not be eligible for free return shipping.
  • Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
