1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
- Share your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the product.
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, provide an unboxing video for verification.
Once approved, our team will arrange the return pickup or provide further instructions.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges subject to product availability.
Eligible Exchange Reasons
- Size issue
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Exchange Availability
If the requested size or product is unavailable:
- Store credit may be offered, or
- A refund may be processed as per this policy.
Nurin Garments reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.
Eligible Refund Cases
- Defective product
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
- Approved return request
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method.
Refund Processing Time
- Inspection: 1–3 business days after receiving the return.
- Refund Processing: 5–10 business days after approval.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
4. Return Shipping Charges
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Conditions:
- Video verification may be required.
- Clear product images may be requested.
If the return is due to personal preference:

- Change of mind
- Ordered by mistake
- No longer needed
Such requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for free return shipping.
5. Mandatory Video Verification for Damage Claims
To protect both customers and the brand, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.
For claims involving:
- Damaged products
- Wrong products
- Missing products
- Manufacturing defects
A clear unboxing video may be requested.
Without adequate proof, Nurin Garments reserves the right to reject the claim.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Products returned after 7 days
- Used or worn products
- Washed products
- Products without original tags
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Clearance sale products
- Special promotional sale items
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
For cancellation requests, contact us immediately after placing the order.
8. International Orders
Nurin Garments may serve customers internationally.
For international orders:
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- International return shipping charges may apply.
- Refund approvals will be subject to product inspection and compliance with this policy.
